I've been trying to find the words to describe how

I've been trying to find the words to describe how awesome this past weekend was to me. Something changed inside of me this weekend - I laid something down that I had been carrying around for far too long - but I didn't walk away empty handed. What I picked up and decided to carry away was far more valuable than anything I had come to the table with. From the moment my friend Janet began her talk on Friday morning to the last goodbye to a new friend Kym on Saturday afternoon - God was in the details! He was in the rain on Friday. He was in the sun on Saturday. He was there, nestled between the mountains in Swoope, VA. I am so thankful that not only was I able to share in this amazing experience and support my sister this weekend, but I was also able to share this weekend with two wonderful friends who are also my sisters in Christ. It was better than I expected and more than I could have ever imagined.

The most amazing words that my husband has ever said to me were this… “I also wanted to say thank you for helping lead me to a closer relationship with Jesus. Your faith is an inspiration and testimony and I’m so thankful for that.” ❤️ This weekend, I had the privilege of baptizing my husband, Steve. I cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am for this man. I know that God made him with me in mind and I am so glad that he did. Ladies, there is no stronger or more attractive man in this world than a man who loves the Lord with all his heart. The Lord is doing great things in our life and I am so blessed that I get to be on this journey with this amazing man as we draw closer to the Lord.
